Role : Specialist - Candidate ScreeningLocation : HyderabadShift time : Night Shift (EST / PST / CST)Roles and Responsibilities :Screening/Shortlisting ● Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates.● Understand client requirements and job specifications to effectively match candidates to roles.● Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies.● Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries.● Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.● Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.● Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates.● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.Continuous improvement● Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Hiring Managers, Managers Operations and the HRBP’s.● Participate in the continuous improvement of screening processes and tools.● Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and policies.● Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, valuing diverse perspectives.● Coordinate with global recruitment teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in candidate screening processes.● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate screening and report findings to improve futureprocesses.● Maintain open communication with team members to share insights, challenges, and best practices.● Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving overall recruitment strategies.Job Requirement :● Relevant experience in a similar role (BPO/RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing)● Experience of working in customer service/customer relationship or high-volume BPO environment● 1-2 years experience in the BPO sector is highly preferred● Stakeholder management on Operational management level● Strong communication and organizational skills● Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail● Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into daily productivityKnowledge● BPO/customer services/in-bound/out-bound client services/KPO/RPO etc.● screening/CV shortlisting/quality management● attention to detail
