Senior Engineer - Front End

Location: Bangalore | Hybrid

Reporting to: Senior Director - Engineering

Why This Role is Important


As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Asper.AI, you’ll play a crucial role in building and optimizing the next generation of user experiences for AI-driven applications. You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and data flow, working on products that address revenue-growth challenges for Fortune 1000 CPG/FMCG companies. Your contributions will directly impact how companies manage the intersection of demand and supply.


What You Will Do


  • Build User Interfaces: Create pixel-perfect, robust, and accessible web interfaces.
  • SPA Development: Design and implement Single Page Applications (SPA) using frameworks such as Angular, React, or VueJS.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code using TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS), and ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and solve complex challenges.
  • End-to-End Development: Take projects from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and performance at every stage.
  • Testing and Code Reviews: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and adhere to best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Support production deployments, troubleshooting issues, and working with distributed vendor resources.


Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in front-end web development.
  • JavaScript Frameworks: Proficiency in frameworks such as Angular, React, or VueJS.
  • Web Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, HTML, CSS3, and libraries like jQuery.
  • SPA Architecture: Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Best Practices: Familiarity with software development best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
