About the Role:


We are seeking a seasoned communications professional with a proven track record to devise and execute impactful communication strategies and media relations for our esteemed client partners across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in media relations, exceptional writing and analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of thought leadership, reputation management, crisis communication, stakeholder engagement, influencer outreach, awareness campaigns, product launches, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic PR Development: Architect and implement dynamic PR campaigns that elevate client brands while aligning with their strategic business objectives.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and sustain relationships with leading media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure substantial media coverage and maximize visibility.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging press releases, pitch materials, and thought leadership content that resonate with and inform target audiences.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for significant accounts, ensuring an in-depth understanding of client objectives and consistently delivering outstanding results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to synchronize PR initiatives and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Remain vigilant about industry news and trends to identify and capitalize on media opportunities for clients proactively.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and collaboration that drives team success.
  • Business Development: Contribute actively to new business pitches and identify avenues for expanding the client portfolio.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, with a minimum of 3 years focused on media relations and client management.
  • Strong media relations at various levels of the editorial team in mainstream media houses.
  • Demonstrated success in securing media placements in top-tier outlets, especially within healthcare and related sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating captivating content.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail, adept at managing multiple client projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Digital PR and other digital tools is a distinct advantage.

  • Extensive network within relevant media, blogging and influencer communities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in campaign planning and presentation.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, skilled in juggling multiple projects and portfolios effectively.
