**Supply Chain Planning Expert Wanted**We are seeking an experienced supply chain planning professional to join our team as a consultant.The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning and 2–3 full-cycle implementations of Blue Yonder ESP. They should be proficient in tools such as Blue Yonder ESP, Demand Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization.In this role, you will lead end-to-end ESP implementations, translate business requirements into functional configurations, conduct workshops and training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.You will also be responsible for customizing ESP modules for capacity planning, material planning, and inventory optimization, performing data migration, validation, and cleansing, and supporting system upgrades and enhancements.We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about innovation and eager to drive the adoption of new features and best practices within our organization.**Lead end-to-end ESP implementations**: blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support**Translate business requirements**: into functional ESP configurations**Conduct workshops and training**: requirement-gathering, user training, and stakeholder engagement**Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: supply chain, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment**Customize ESP modules**: for capacity planning, material planning, and inventory optimization**Perform data migration**: validation, and cleansing**Required skills and qualifications**:8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning2–3 full-cycle ESP implementationsProficient in tools such as Blue Yonder ESP, Demand Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory OptimizationTechnical skills: SQL, data mapping, solver engines (MAP, LPOpt), performance tuningMethodologies: Agile, Waterfall, hybrid project delivery**What we offer**:A dynamic and challenging work environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesA competitive salary and benefits package**If you are a motivated and experienced supply chain planning professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application today
