Roles & Responsibilities:Facilitate End to end full lifecycle implementation of SAP IS-RetailPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsFacilitate workshops to collect business requirementsMap client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs · Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail moduleIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutionsAct as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problemsProactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements · Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsProvide ad-hoc training and user support as requiredWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDesired Skills & Experience:At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applicationsExperience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain)Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation projectProfound understanding of Retail business processesUnderstanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modulesFluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with othersMust be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness · Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities:Job Location: PAN India
