Our innovative solutions are driving the future of sustainable transportation, with a focus on performance and innovation.Job Overview:We're seeking an exceptional BMS Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing software functions for high-voltage battery management systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Develop application software functions for high-voltage BMS using model-based development tools like Simulink and Embedded Coder.Create accurate models of lithium-ion batteries using equivalent-circuit and physics-based methods.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to design, simulate, and generate production-ready code for BMS state and safety estimation algorithms.Design and implement test cases to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the BMS software.Configure and optimize low-level control software, participate in design reviews, and ensure adherence to ASPICE standards.Work closely with multicultural project teams, both domestically and internationally.Participate in quality checks, milestone reviews, and assessments to ensure the highest quality solutions.Deliver documentation related to model and algorithm development, ensuring adherence to industry standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
