We are looking for Business Analyst Experience: 10-15 Yrs Location: Hyderabad Notice: Immediate only. Note: Strictly looking from Hyderabad candidates Work mode: WFO (5 Days in a week) Job Description ## 3. Required Qualifications ### **Must-Have:**- **Professional Experience:** 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity within the financial services industry. - **Deep Domain Expertise:** Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas is essential: - **Banking domain is mandatory)**- **Regulatory Technology (RegTech), specifically AML/KYC and compliance frameworks.**- **Technical Acumen:** A strong understanding of modern software development, including API-driven microservices architectures. You must be able to "speak the language" of developers and architects. - **Agile Mastery:** Proven experience working as a BA in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment, with expertise in creating and managing a product backlog. - **Exceptional Communication:** World-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - **Stakeholder Management:** A proven track record of successfully managing relationships and aligning senior stakeholders from different business functions. ### **Nice-to-Have (Highly Desirable):**- **Specific Product Experience:** Direct experience working on lending platforms, real-time payment/settlement systems, or stablecoin projects. - **Formal Methodologies:** Certification or proficiency in formal modeling languages like UML or ArchiMate. - **Data Analysis Skills:** Experience with SQL and data analysis tools to query data and validate requirements If anyone interested, Kindly share me your updated profile along with below details.
