Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and conducting detailed business analysis. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of business objectives and deliver actionable insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications - 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar analytical roles. - Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools. - Proficiency in Python and SQL - Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to enhance business outcomes. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across multiple levels - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
