We are currently hiring for Commerce Graduate Freshers for Mumbai (Vikhroli):-


Primary Role and Responsibilities:-


Trainee / Advisor and Senior Advisor

  • Processing of Client figures into our system in line with specified key performance indicators and contractual conditions
  • Acknowledge and action client’s instructions in a timely manner and communicate pertinent information as necessary
  • Where applicable, ensure prompt chasing of accounts / claims due from clients or notify Account Manager (AM) / Client Service Advocate (CSA) to do the same
  • Ensure the workflow system is kept up to date with correct dates and appropriate commentst
  • Understand the client’s business and their requirements (operational and other)
  • Receive and manage assigned clients cash calls instructions in a timely fashion to agree with the market
  • Is aware of unpaid items and status of collection for regular update and discussion with Clients and ensures problems are escalated to management
  • Engage with Bureau markets for agreement and Xchanging offices for agreement / signing of accounts
  • Adheres to standard internal processes, policies and procedures, and other external regulatory requirements


Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of Computers (Technological efficient)
  • Relevant Insurance / Reinsurance industry experience would be beneficial
  • Awareness of basic accounting fundamentals (debit/credit)


Skills:

  • Business Communication – Written & Verbal
  • Analytical skills (including but not limited to - Eye for detail, Interpretation of documents)
  • Basic MS Office Skills (especially, Excel and Word)


Qualification:-


  • Any Commerce Graduate.


Details:-


Shift timings- 6.30AM to 2.30PM and 2.30PM to 10.30PM

Work Mode- Hybrid

Working days - Monday to Friday

Work location- Gallagher Service Centre, Embassy 247, C wing, 6th Floor, LBS Marg, Vikroli, Mumbai- 400079.
