Role Description
As an Engineer – Solar Operations, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and efficient operation of solar energy systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal system performance, managing troubleshooting activities, and supporting technical initiatives to improve system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar energy systems.
- Monitor solar plant performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs to maintain optimal system efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance, issues, and solutions implemented.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar operations, installation, or maintenance.
- Proficient in solar PV systems, inverters, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in solar energy projects.
