We specialise in project sales, digital strategy, on-site execution, and customer relationship management.Job Responsibilities- Handle walk-ins, site visits, and client meetings for residential real estate projects.- Understand project details thoroughly and present them effectively to potential buyers.- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and close deals.- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth sales experience.- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and lead flow.- Manage documentation, bookings, and post-sales coordination.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Build and manage channel partner relationships (if applying for manager role).Required Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Good negotiation and closing skills- Ability to handle clients professionally- Basic understanding of Ahmedabad real estate market (preferred)- Self-motivated and target-driven- Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plusQualifications- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)- 1–5 years of real estate sales experience (freshers with strong communication can also apply)Salary & Benefits- Attractive salary + high incentive structure- Career growth opportunities- Training & on-site project exposure- Flexible working environment
