Billing Engineer

Job Title: Billing EngineerAs a Billing Engineer at HN Safal, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying subcontractor bills, reconciling quantities and materials, supporting project cost control, and coordinating with site teams and vendors to ensure smooth billing operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate project financials and requires a strong background in real estate or construction billing.Job DescriptionAbout the Role- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills, ensuring accurate measurement, quantities, and documentation as per approved drawings and specifications. - Assist in preparing cost comparison statements (Planned vs. Actual) to support budgeting and forecasting. - Handle reconciliation of material quantities and billing data, coordinating closely with site teams, accounts, and procurement for accuracy and timely approvals. - Support in preparation of BOQs, vendor enquiries, and scope finalization, aligning with project requirements and cost efficiency. - Participate in reviewing project progress reports and ensure billing data reflects actual site activities. - Coordinate and follow up with site teams, consultants, and vendors to resolve measurement discrepancies and billing issues. - Attend meetings with senior management to present billing updates, address technical issues, and document action points for resolution. - Follow up on pending tasks with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely progress and report any delays or issues to the reporting authority. - Must have strong presentation and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati to effectively coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and senior management.About You- Minimum Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering - Minimum Experience: 3 – 6 years in billing, mandatory in real estate or construction - Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other relevant software for billing and documentation - Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage billing records effectively - Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and GujaratiWhy Join HN Safal?At HN Safal, you will:- Contribute to the execution and financial accuracy of landmark real estate projects. - Gain expertise in real estate billing processes, BOQ preparation, and project cost management. - Collaborate with senior engineers, site teams, and management to streamline billing practices. - Grow in a performance-driven environment with clear opportunities for career progression in billing and project control.
