Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Implementation Specialist at DHONDI in Hyderabad. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing DHONDI’s software solutions across various educational institutions, with regular travel to different colleges and schools within the region. This role requires guiding departments in setup and data migration processes, ensuring effective use of DHONDI’s modules for daily operations. The Specialist will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and engage directly with clients to customize the software based on institutional needs, making DHONDI an integral part of their operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to Educational Institutions: Visit colleges and schools regularly to deploy DHONDI software and oversee its implementation on-site.- Departmental Guidance and Data Migration: Work closely with each department to facilitate a smooth setup, guide them through data migration, and ensure their operations align with DHONDI’s modules.- Configuration and Customization: Set up and configure DHONDI’s modules according to the unique needs of each institution, ensuring that they fit seamlessly into existing workflows.- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support, promptly addressing any software-related issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted usage.- Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders across departments, communicating effectively to drive software adoption and ensure a positive user experience.- User Training: Conduct training sessions to empower users in maximizing the software’s features, ensuring that DHONDI becomes an essential tool for their daily activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Implementation and Troubleshooting: Experience in deploying, configuring, and supporting software in a client-facing role.- Analytical Skills and Technical Expertise: Strong analytical abilities with familiarity in tools used in software implementation, such as ticketing/support systems, project management tools, and data migration software.- Knowledge of Databases: Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) with the ability to perform basic operations, aiding in software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders within educational institutions, from administrative staff to faculty members.- Technical Support Experience: Proven expertise in technical support and guidance, ensuring that clients understand and utilize the software effectively.- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience in Educational Software Implementation (Preferred): Prior experience in implementing software within educational institutions is a plus.- Mobility and Accessibility: Must have a personal vehicle and the ability to travel daily to different institutions within the region.
