- Role Overview : As an HCM Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored HR software solutions to our clients.

- You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, configure the HRMS software to meet their needs, and ensure a seamless implementation process.

- This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about HR technology and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing detailed project plans, outlining the implementation process, key milestones, and timelines.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their HR and business process requirements.

- System Analysis: Conduct initial analyses of existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

- Software Configuration: Configure HRMS software to align with client requirements, customizing modules and functionalities as needed.

- Data Migration: Support the migration of data from existing systems to the new HRMS, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.

- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project Experience: 1-3 years of experience in implementing HRMS/HCM software solutions, preferably within the Enterprise B2B segment.

- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude for learning and working with technical applications, with a focus on HRMS functionality and configuration.
