Build to simplify.What you will do:At Exponent Energy, we unlocked the 15-minute rapid charging of a Battery pack as a result of our e^pump (Charging Station) and e^pack (Battery) working together. Hardware Engineering is an integral part of both these systems. Everything on the Hardware Side from Architecture Design, Component Selection, Schematic, Layout, Harness, EMI/EMC, and DFX impacts the 15-minute rapid charging behavior.The Hardware Team that Solves the above problems is your product. Your main focus is to define and build the Hardware Team for Exponent. Responsibilities:Lead Hardware Team Own Engineering + Quality + Hiring + Team buildingManage communication with  internal and external resources, like supply chain, process engineering, and test validation teamsBuilding capabilities in teams across various domains of Electrical EngineeringGet. Set. Production.
