A leading, global IT Consultancy is looking for a principal with in-depth knowledge of fleet management, card services, and payment solutions within the B2B sphere to add to their Energy practice.

The Role:
Proven ability to own targets and shape opportunities and experience in engaging in strategic conversations on mobility, energy transition, and fleet management.
Business-IT enterprise architecture models, IT operating models, and capability maturity models in the fleet card industry
Ability to develop Intellectual Property (IP) and Market Offerings tailored to B2B fleet card services.
Skilled in designing and executing business analysis for large transformation programs within the fleet card industry.
Aim to create and maintain a competitive advantage in the fleet card market.
Proficiency in leading roadmap discovery sessions for sustainability, energy transition, and marketplace offerings using MIRO and Mural Boards.

Requirements:
We are looking for a Principal with Energy Industry knowledge and experience in:
Fuel Retail Transformation - Proven experience leading transformation programs for major fuel retail companies, including telematics, B2B marketplaces, and data platforms for energy transition recommender systems.
Payments and Delivery Modernization - Expertise in modernizing payment systems and delivery services across a large network of gas stations.
Data Services Strategy - Experience in developing and implementing data services strategies, including data consolidation, insights generation, data traceability, and managing data pipelines and models.
Industry Knowledge - In-depth understanding of the downstream energy sector, sustainability practices, and fleet & mobility solutions.
Experience in technology transformation and consulting, primarily in the fleet management and B2B services sector.
Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
Experience in delivering transformations in fleet management and card services.
Capability to develop IP and Market Offerings specific to the fleet card industry.
Leadership experience in medium or large technology implementation projects.
