BigData Leadership Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned BigData Leadership Specialist to spearhead our data testing initiatives.This role requires a strong background in Big Data Testing and ETL/Data Warehouse Testing, with hands-on experience using Hadoop ecosystem tools such as HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Sqoop, or NiFi.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SQL, HiveQL, or Spark SQL for validating large datasets, as well as knowledge of distributed computing concepts and large-scale data processing.A good grasp of ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data transformation logic is essential, along with the ability to create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead Big Data Testing efforts and develop strategic plans to ensure data quality and integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes.Analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues using various tools and technologies.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our data testing initiatives.
