Our unique advantage is our expertise across Moveworks, ServiceNow and enterprise process advisory, allowing us to integrate seamlessly and intelligently automate across platforms.The Moveworks platform integrates with major business communication tools and has been recognised globally for its innovative leadership in enterprise AI.We value:Outcome obsessedHave funPeople over profitAbout the JobYou will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training) and work on new Moveworks implementations for customers.You will also build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio and conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design integrations for these AI agents.You will prepare Solution Design documents for the AI agents and their supporting integrations and lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders.You will utilize your software development skills to enhance our product portfolio and work closely with international colleagues and customers.Qualifications3+ years of back-end software development experience in PythonSolution design experience, preferably for integrationsExperience working closely with software/enterprise architectsHighly proficient with APIs and integrationsUnderstanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT)Understanding of JSON & XMLAPI tool experience (Postman or Insomnia)Middleware/iPaaS tool experience preferredExcellent written and communication skillsTechnical documentation skillsAnalytical thinker with good problem-solving skillsGeneral understanding of AI technologies and terminologiesBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or similar areas
