Senior Contract Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned senior contract manager to join our team. As a senior contract manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of procurement contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT/software licensing agreements, Master Services Agreements, End User License Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, and Intercompany Agreements.You will provide comprehensive advisory services, identify contractual, commercial, operational risks, and exposures in contracts, and offer input and markup on contracts.In addition, you will provide legal support for ongoing CLM tool activities, participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors throughout the contracting process, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and lead Contract Management activities.You will also advise various departments within the organization on various aspects related to employees, vendors, and participate in internal projects of the organization and the legal department.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contractsProvide advisory services on contract managementOffer input and markup on contractsLead Contract Management activitiesAdvise departments on employment, vendor, and project-related mattersRequirements:LLB degreeMinimum 3 years' work experience with an MNC company and experience as in-house counsel handling contract review and negotiationPreferred experience working on CLM toolExpertise in Corporate and Commercial Laws (Company law, Labor Laws, Competition Act)Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.
