Our India office supports critical back-office functions — including billing, receivables, payables, and compliance — ensuring every transaction is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle — from vendor invoice review to timely payment execution. You'll ensure accuracy, maintain clear records, and support vendor relationships while keeping financial operations compliant and efficient.RequirementsQualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business. Experience: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations (US or global process experience preferred). Technical Skills:o Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheetso Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)o Excellent English communication skills (email and verbal)o High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrityKey Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and approvals. Verify details such as amounts, terms, purchase orders, and supporting documents. Prepare and manage payment schedules, ensuring timely vendor disbursements. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or open balances. Maintain organized AP records and documentation for internal and external audits. Assist with month-end close and prepare basic AP reports as required. Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to clarify issues.
