The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and integration techniques. You'll work closely with technical leads, business analysts, and other developers to build scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications that drive business success.- Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.- Design and implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, batch jobs, and schedules.- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).- Maintain and refactor existing code to improve quality, performance, and maintainability.- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, test coverage, and code reviews.- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment.- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new tools/features.- Support and mentor junior developers and admins as needed.- Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- Strong experience with:- Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes)- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura- Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)- Data modeling and SOQL/SOSL- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limitations, governor limits, and security/sharing model.- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices.- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.- Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Certifications:- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)- Other relevant certs (App Builder, JavaScript Developer I, etc.)- Experience with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and automated testing frameworks.- Familiarity with tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for release management.- Experience integrating with third-party platforms or enterprise systems.At MLVeda we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
