Design VisionaryAura Digital seeks a highly skilled Graphic Designer to craft compelling brand stories across logos, brochures, reels, and shorts. This role requires social media savvy, timeless design craftsmanship, and AI-fueled creativity.Key Responsibilities:Create visually appealing logos, brandmarks, identity systems, and print-ready collaterals.Develop branding guidelines (typography, color, grids, imagery, tone).Prepare final artwork for print (bleeds, color profiles, prepress checks).Produce engaging posts, carousels, reels/shorts, and lightweight motion graphics.Translate brand campaigns into platform-native visual narratives for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.Maintain template systems for speed without losing creative quality.Collaborate with UI/UX designers and social media managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.Present concepts with clear narrative & rationale, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.Analyze creative performance with the SM team and refine based on insights.Utilize AI tools to ideate, generate, and iterate.Built repeatable pipelines and document learnings.Requirements:Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, grids, color, hierarchy, composition.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Figma/Canva, and mobile editor skills.Familiarity with AI creative tools.Good taste and cultural fluency for Indian audiences with global polish.Organized files, versioning discipline, and timely delivery.
