Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:The Power BI Engineer will be responsible for building insightful reports that transform assessment data into actionable intelligence. Working with data from various sources, including SQL databases and Azure storage, you'll create visualizations that bring clarity to complex results.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboardsWork with data provided by established ETL processes and other sourcesCreate and optimize data models within Power BIApply innovative visualization techniques to clearly communicate analyticsDeploy and maintain Power BI reports in a Microsoft Fabric environmentCollaborate with product management to prioritize and plan necessary deliveryCollaborate with the product team to review and discuss new analytics technologiesWork with subject matter experts to understand data context and reporting requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience working with Power BI and Power QueryStrong DAX skills and excellent understanding of data modelingExperience with row-level security and dynamic row-level securityExcellent communication and numerical skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience using Python or R for analysis and incorporating into Power BI visualizationsFamiliarity with advanced charting technologies such as Deneb or SVGExperience with Agile development practices (Scrum or Kanban)
