IT Infrastructure Monitoring SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled IT infrastructure monitoring specialist to join our team. This role requires experience in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, networks, and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze IT system performance and security threats.Identify, escalate, and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.Maintain real-time dashboards and notifications to ensure system health.Requirements:7-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring.Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall concepts.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), virtual machines, and storage.Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) user/group management, password policies, and authentication issues.General understanding of servers, virtualization, operating systems, and IT security best practices.Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog, or similar.Incident management skills with ability to handle escalations, document issues, and communicate effectively.Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a 24/7 environment (if required).Quick learner with proactive approach to problem-solving.
