The Network Operations Center (NOC) is a critical component of any organization's IT infrastructure. As a NOC Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Incident Management: Continuously monitor IT systems, networks, and cloud environments for performance issues, outages, and security threats.Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving infrastructure-related incidents before they impact business operations.Real-Time Monitoring: Maintain real-time dashboards, alerts, and notifications to ensure system health and respond promptly to issues.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations, to minimize downtime and data loss.To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Experience with monitoring & alerting tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or Datadog is highly valued.Requirements:Strong understanding of networking, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with monitoring & alerting tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or Datadog.Benefits:As a NOC Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, where no two days are ever the same.
