Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Product Manager for CashKaro. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in product management, with proven experience in driving significant revenue or customer experience improvement via product innovation.
What we are looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
Proven Experience in Driving Revenue or User Experience Impact
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C or tech environment.
- Be able to talk about minimum 2 product features that drove real impact.
- Experience managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Strong analytical skills related to product feature impact measurement. For example, measuring the revenue impact from a new feature for marketing.
- Be able to show how product features are being monitored for impact and ensuring they are working as expected.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics , Clevertap , or similar for tracking product performance.
User Experience (UX) Focus / Insane Attention to Detail
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how to apply them to create intuitive and user-friendly products.
- Should be able to demonstrate attention to detail
Technical Acumen & Collaboration:
- Must have a solid understanding of technical concepts such as APIs , databases (SQL and NoSQL), and system architecture (monolithic vs. microservices).
- Should be able to communicate effectively with engineering teams, participate in technical discussions, and ensure that product features are technically feasible and scalable .
- Should be comfortable managing API integrations , understanding the impact of technical debt , and working with developers to prioritize performance and scalability.
Strong Communication & PRD Clarity
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that ensure all cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) are aligned and fully understand the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Knowledge of Wireframing and Other Tools
- Strong understanding of wireframing tools and processes, enabling collaboration with UX/UI designers to visualize and outline the structure of product features before development.
- Comfortable with tools like Miro / Figma etc for creating low fidelity wireframes
