The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute project plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and resource requirements.Manage project budgets, financials, and resources, ensuring efficient use of company assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, meeting timelines and quality standards.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and reduce costs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in technical project management, preferably in a PMO environment.3+ years of proven track record of successfully delivering multiple medium and large-sized technical projects on time and within budget.Effective leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in the project manager role and managing simultaneous projects of medium to large size and complexity.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence others.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Strong financial analysis skills to interpret and communicate project calculations.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
