Nanobag seeks a talented and innovative Ads Creative to join our team.Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for an individual with a passion for sustainable living and creative storytelling. As an Ads Creative, you will be responsible for developing engaging ad concepts and storyboards that bring Nanobag's brand values to life.You will work closely with the media buying team to test and iterate on creative concepts, track ad performance data, and optimize future creatives. Additionally, you will maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid organic campaigns and adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Develop ad concepts and storyboards that showcase Nanobag's unique selling points and brand values.Create engaging scripts and captions for short-form videos, UGC motion ads, and other formats.Coordinate production, shooting, editing, or briefing creators to deliver high-quality content.Repurpose assets for multiple formats, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.Collaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts.Track ad performance data to identify what resonates with our target audience and optimize future creatives.A/B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions.Maintain a consistent visual language across all paid organic campaigns.Adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.Benefits: This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading brand in the sustainable living industry.
