Job Summary

Mercelys Ice Cream, known for its innovative probiotic and prebiotic fruit-based ice creams, is

looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Promoters. The primary role is

to engage with potential customers, showcase our product offerings, and drive sales both in-store

and at promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Actively approach customers, introduce them to _**Mercelys Ice**_
- **Cream’s **_unique benefits, and provide samples to create interest.
- Product Knowledge: Communicate the brand’s unique selling points, such as the use of

natural fruits and added prebiotics and probiotics etc.
- Event Promotion: Participate in promotional events, activations, and marketing campaigns to

boost brand visibility.
- Sales Generation: Encourage customers to make purchases through promotions, offers, and

explaining product benefits.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team

to improve products and promotions.
- In-Store Support/Outlet: Assist in setting up displays, keeping the promotion area tidy, and

replenishing stock as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus but not

required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety

of customers.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and persuasive with a passion for customer service.
- Appearance: Presentable and professional, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed for

promotional activities.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with fellow

promoters and store staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Promoter: 1 year (preferred)
