Hosteller AttendanceTwice in a day:Morning around 7:30 AM Night around 10:00 PMRegister update:Complaint Register: Students can register all kinds ofcomplaints related to water; electrical; housekeeping;room & toilet; other open area within hostel premises;gym; wi-fi; security etc Hostel Student feedback Register: Students canshare their feedback based on their experience at thehostel. First Aide + Basic Medicine count Register: Allpurchase and disposal of medicines to be register bythe Warden. Warning Register: No. of warning given to theHosteller by the Wardens will be documented andbring it to the Principal's notice. Circular Register: Any order released by thePrincipal can be circulated in the hostel throughcircular register and same can be put up on the hostelnotice board. Laundry register: Cloths given for laundry purposeshould be documented by the Wardens.Communication &follow ups:All communication should be circulated by theWardens through Circular Register like fee submissionon time or any pending dues etc. Encourage student to be on time to lectures / classes. Communicate to the Principal regarding student'shealth issues, wasting time inside hostel etc Follow up with Facility Manager against complaintraised by the students through complaint registers. Putting up the feedback collected from students beforePrincipal / appropriate authority for improvement.Local guardians'responsibility Counseling students to be disciplined inside Hostel &College premises Restrict students in using alcohol, tobacco, chewinggums & other intoxicated items inside the college /hostel premises.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
