Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Startup Scouting Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential startups, evaluating innovative technologies, and building a strong network within the startup ecosystem. Your work will play a key role in supporting various innovation programs, driving collaboration with enterprises, and fostering startup growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with emerging startups across various sectors.
  • Identify startup solutions that address relevant industry use cases, including emerging tech-driven opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of innovative startups and their key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand technology trends and map startup capabilities to specific industry needs.
  • Facilitate partnerships between startups and enterprises, investors, and government stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Represent the CoE at industry events, networking forums, and startup conferences.
  • Support in organizing startup-related events, boot camps, and mentorship programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in startup scouting, innovation management, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and cloud computing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about innovation and technology.
