Assistant Marketing Manager -mDSP


Experience: 3-5 years, preferably in AdTech/MarTech/B2B

Location: Bangalore (on location)


Description:

We're seeking a highly experienced B2B marketing expert to join Affle’s mDSP marketing team. We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in social media marketing, email marketing, managing campaigns, and content writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collaterals, including landing pages, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Support sales enablement through lead-gen campaigns, pitch decks, and emailers, including Hubspot automation workflows.
  • Plan and deliver highly effective marketing programs to support business needs, such as digital marketing and lead-gen campaigns, social media campaigns, and events.
  • Initiate, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive marketing initiatives.



Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing role in the AdTech/MarTech/SAAS industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing programs, preferably in a technology-driven company
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute an entire marketing plan
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for details
  • Action-oriented, with a proactive approach and strong project management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
  • Experience in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager
  • Experience in Canva is an added advantage
