We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now professional to join our team in shaping the next generation of cyber risk management and Service Now-powered transformation.Job DescriptionAs a Service Now Solution Advisor, you will design, configure, and implement advanced Service Now solutions specifically across IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM modules. You will collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to define architectures, build workflows, and enhance system reliability while delivering measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure Service Now applications (IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM) aligned to business requirements.Develop end-to-end workflows, data models, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connectors).Conduct code reviews, adopt platform best practices, and ensure secure and scalable delivery.Partner with functional consultants and business analysts to define user stories and drive results.Lead Service Now platform management - upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting.Mentor teams and deliver Service Now training for ongoing project success.Requirements3-5 years of Service Now development experience with strong exposure to IRM / Security Operations.Expertise in UI Builder, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, and custom workflows.Hands-on experience in Workspace Configuration, integrations, and automation.Strong understanding of GRC / Cyber Risk / Compliance frameworks.Certified Service Now System Administrator (Mandatory).Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Preferred QualificationsCertifications: CIS – Risk & Compliance / Security Incident Response / TPRM / VR, Certified Application Developer (CAD)Experience with ITAM, SAM, HAM, CMDBFamiliarity with RSA Archer or Metric Stream platformsBachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
