Senior Associate, Pharma Commercial Operations Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Associate to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. As a consultant, you will work closely with our clients to deliver the IC plan that drives desirable behavior and produces performance.The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field. This ensures alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations. The associate also supports on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting.Key Responsibilities include:Utilizing SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data and evaluate performance metricsGenerating insightful reports for sales operations and managementCollaborating with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales fieldRequirements for this position include:A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.)A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industryStrong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposesKnowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness
