Position: SEO Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) Hours: ~15–25 hours per week (flexible) Start: Immediate Industry: Fertility, Women’s Health, Wellness About the Role We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to improve and maintain the organic search performance of EPIA’s website. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare SEO, understands how to optimize for competitive keywords (egg freezing, IVF, fertility treatments, women’s health), and can work independently with clear monthly deliverables. Responsibilities 1. Technical SEO Conduct full SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, broken links, schema). Fix technical issues or coordinate fixes with our developer. Ensure mobile SEO optimisation (Core Web Vitals). Implement structured data for healthcare: FAQ, How-to, breadcrumb, medical pages. 2. On-Page SEO Optimize existing service pages (egg freezing, IVF, ovarian rejuvenation, cosmetic gynaecology). Improve metadata, headers, internal linking, and keyword placement. Create SEO-optimized content briefs for blogs and resource pages. Optimise landing pages for conversions (appointment/consultation CTAs). 3. Local SEO Optimise and manage Google Business Profile (GBP). Improve maps ranking for high-intent searches: “egg freezing clinic Delhi”, “best IVF clinic Green Park”, etc. Build local directory citations and NAP consistency. 4. Content Strategy Monthly SEO content calendar (topic clusters: egg freezing, AMH, PCOS, menopause). Keyword research + competitor analysis (Kindbody, Crysta IVF, Nova, etc.) Identify opportunities for high-traffic blogs and long-tail queries. 5. Off-Page SEO Build high-quality, ethical backlinks (NO spammy agencies). Outreach to publications, bloggers, health writers, community portals. Monitor domain authority, toxic links, and disavow where needed. 6. Analytics + Reporting Use GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush (if available) to track performance. Monthly reports with: ✓ Traffic ✓ Keyword ranking changes ✓ Conversions (appointments/leads) ✓ Next steps/recommendations Skills & Requirements 2–5+ years of SEO experience (healthcare experience is a bonus). Strong understanding of technical SEO + on-page + off-page. Experience with WordPress SEO tools (RankMath/Yoast, schema plugins). Familiarity with GA4, GSC, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs/Semrush). Basic understanding of conversion funnels and patient journeys. Excellent written communication. Ability to work independently and deliver monthly outcomes.
