Job Description:
The Enterprise Architecture Office Lead will establish and manage the operations of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) office. The role is responsible for creating architecture governance frameworks, ensuring the alignment of technology and business strategies, and providing technical leadership in defense manufacturing projects.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture setup and operations.
- TOGAF or equivalent certification required.
- In-depth understanding of the defense manufacturing industry and its IT needs.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee the Enterprise Architecture Office, ensuring governance and alignment with business goals.
- Define and implement architecture frameworks, including TOGAF or equivalent methodologies.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT infrastructure and solutions with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and leadership on architecture-related projects, ensuring seamless integration of SAP and other technology solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of IT solutions.
