Team Lead

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and experienced Interior Designer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team full-time in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead impactful projects, inspire a talented team, and create cutting-edge designs that shape the future of interiors.  


What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Vision: Guide and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.  
  • Design with Purpose: Develop innovative concepts and plans that bring client visions to life.  
  • Drive Results: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.  
  • Collaborate Creatively: Partner with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver designs that exceed expectations.  
  • Innovate Sustainably: Incorporate sustainable practices and design solutions into your work.  


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.  
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related discipline.  
  • Leadership: A proven track record of leading successful design projects and inspiring teams.  
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, paired with excellent project management and communication skills.  
  • Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality designs.  
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.  
  • Bonus Points: Experience in sustainable design.
