Position Review:

Create Dropwise Merchandise Display Manuals (MDMs) specifically for the Home /Non-Apps & National Brands.
Regular reviews and training to enhance adherence to objectives and contributions towards overall profitability and customer satisfaction.
The role involves implementing visual merchandising strategies, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create an appealing shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation:
Create Dropwise Merchandise Display Manuals (MDMs) specifically for the Home and Non-Apps Private Brands (PB).
Ensure the quality and timely completion of MDMs for a seamless rollout, while maintaining straightforward guidelines for the frontend team.
Schedule regular reviews with the Merchandise Presentation Head VM to ensure adherence to standards.
Work closely with the VM Operations team and category teams to communicate visual merchandising standards and expectations.
Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising best practices and the importance of maintaining display standards.
Monthly Model Stores Drive:
Organize monthly training sessions and walks in key stores to lead the team effectively during model store assessments.
Roll out MDMs promptly across Home, Non-Apps PB, Impulse, and provide direction for NB displays.
Collect feedback and continuously improve the MDM rollout process with input from the Merchandise Presentation Head VM.
Creative Direction:
Manage the creation and roll-out of Merchandise Display Manuals (MDMs) for assigned categories.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to oversee the timely implementation of new displays and merchandising concepts
Introduce innovative visual merchandising ideas and techniques to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.
Stay informed about current trends in visual merchandising and retail to ensure the brand remains relevant and appealing.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
Coral Draw & Photoshop.
