Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud Support Engineer to join our global team. This is a long-term contract role that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and collaborate with a talented group of professionals.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OpenStack, Linux systems, Kubernetes, and Terraform. They will provide technical support, manage cloud environments, and troubleshoot complex issues across hybrid cloud infrastructures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support for OpenStack environments, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Manage and maintain Linux-based systems that support OpenStack services.Use Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and updates.Diagnose and resolve issues across compute, network, and storage layers in OpenStack.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation, performance, and scalability of cloud platforms.Maintain system documentation, procedures, and support materials.Required Skills and Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in OpenStack administration and support.Strong expertise in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) administration and scripting.Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation.Proficient in troubleshooting networking, storage, and virtualization-related issues.Experience with tools such as Ansible, Git, or Jenkins is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits.Remote/flexible working options.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies.Career growth and certification support.Collaborative and inclusive work culture.
