This includes managing users, groups, and devices in AAD, configuring single sign-on (SSO), and understanding authentication methods.Windows 10 and macOS: Intune Modern Workplace Engineers should have a good understanding of Windows 10 and macOS operating systems, as these are the primary platforms that Endpoint Manager manages. This includes knowledge of deployment methods, updates, and troubleshooting.Mobile Device Management: Intune Modern Workplace Engineers should have experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) for iOS and Android devices. This includes understanding device enrollment, policies, and app management.PowerShell: PowerShell is a powerful tool for managing Endpoint Manager and other Microsoft technologies. Intune Modern Workplace Engineers should have experience using PowerShell to automate tasks, create reports, and troubleshoot issues.Security and Compliance: An Intune Modern Workplace Engineer should be familiar with security and compliance requirements for endpoints and applications. This includes knowledge of conditional access policies, device compliance, and application protection policies.Communication and Collaboration: Intune Modern Workplace Engineers should have good communication and collaboration skills, as associate will often work closely with other IT teams, end-users, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach are also important.App deploymentManaging , deploying Global policiesMinimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
