Company Description STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani, etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short films, standup comedians, poetry, folk & much more.Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi & Rajasthani only as a dialect. It has become the largest OTT in the region by generating 2m+ downloads already.We are a team of 45, headquartered in Noida.Products –Android app ->iOS app -> Job Description We are looking for a Growth Intern to own and accelerate our efforts around acquiring new subscribers to the STAGE platform. The objective is to increase the performance of our programs and channels including marketing, content through experimentation and optimization.This role will work to drive improvements to ensure STAGE is the entertainment destination for all types of users.This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product and growth marketing.The ideal candidate is user obsessed, data-driven and has a strong technical, analytical and product background with a focus on delivering high impact and sustainable growth. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and optimizing customer journeys by applying growth principles to drive performance including experimentation, data-driven optimization and customer-centric product experiences.The role will also focus on areas like Increasing engagement of Freemium users, Conversion Ratio optimization and creating innovations around acquiring new users.Roles and Responsibilities● Hands-on understanding of paid marketing platforms & affiliate management skills toensure effective ROAS● Leading and building best-in-class content-led performance marketing campaigns forSTAGE● Generate top of funnel viewer sampling and subscription conversions.● Work cross-functionally with Platform, Content, Social, PR, Digital and CreativeCommunication teams to develop marketing creatives and ideas and collaborate withteams for creative optimization● Manage the campaign strategy and development workflow to deliver SVOD campaignKPIs.● Collaborate with analytics /product teams to develop frameworks and analytical modelsto predict subscriptions for optimizing CPS and ensuring effective CPS and CAC formarketing campaigns.Expectations● Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring● Hands-on experience in performance marketing roles● Experience running mobile acquisition campaigns● Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories● Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross functionalenvironment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity● Ability to lead with influence and work collaboratively with multiple cross functionalteams.● A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overalloutcomes to the business at large● Team player and ability to work with cross functional teams● Understanding of performance marketing metrics and seamlessly merging it withbusiness KPIs● Prior OTT experience will be a plus.
