Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running profitable campaigns across various performance verticals, including Sweepstakes, CPS, mVAS, CPI, and more.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical individual who can drive high-quality traffic, scale campaigns profitably, manage budgets efficiently, and consistently optimize funnel performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, Push/Pop, Native, Programmatic, etc.).Manage Large Budgets: Manage large budgets efficiently with focus on ROI and KPIs such as EPC, CPA, CR, ROAS, LTV.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and placements.Scaling Campaigns: Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.Creative StrategyDevelop Ad Concepts: Work with internal designers or create your own ad concepts.Identify Winning Creatives: Identify winning creatives and angles for sweepstakes, CPS offers, mVAS flows, and CPI funnels.Data & ReportingTrack Performance Metrics: Track performance metrics daily and provide actionable insights.Analyze User Behavior: Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and optimize for stronger conversion rates.Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of spending, ROI, and campaign results.Relationship & Offer ManagementNegotiate Payouts: Coordinate with affiliate managers, networks, advertisers, and traffic sources.Secure Exclusive Offers: Negotiate payouts, secure exclusive offers, and unlock higher caps.Evaluate New Offers: Evaluate new offers and traffic sources for profitability.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Sweepstakes, CPS, mVAS, CPI, etc.).Proven Track Record: Proven track record of generating profitable and scalable results.Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.Platform Expertise: Expertise with multiple platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, PropellerAds, Zeropark, Unity, IronSource, Outbrain/Taboola, Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, AppsFlyer, etc.).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions.Cloaking & Tracking Experience: Experience with cloaking, tracking setups, prelanders, funnels, and traffic arbitrage is a big plus.Preferred QualificationsTier-1 Traffic Experience: Experience in tier-1 traffic and high-payout offers.Affiliate Network Experience: Experience working with affiliate networks or advertisers.Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of compliance, ad policies, and anti-fraud techniques.Mobile App Funnel Understanding: Understanding of mobile app funnels for CPI campaigns.BenefitsCompetitive Salary: Competitive salary + attractive performance bonuses.Growth-Focused Environment: Opportunity to work with high-budget performance campaigns.Flexible Working Hours: Flexible working hours & remote work options.Premium Tools & Resources: Growth-focused environment with access to premium tools and resources.Incentives for Hitting Performance Milestones: Incentives for hitting performance milestones.
