The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth, improving brand visibility, and managing high-performing marketing campaigns.🔹 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, blogs, paid ads, and website content.Work closely with design and content teams to produce engaging, conversion-focused digital assets.Manage and scale social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, etc.Oversee content calendars, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, leads, engagement, funnel performance) and prepare actionable reports.Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.Execute marketing automation workflows using CRM & email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape.2️⃣ Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Build and manage long-term SEO strategy focused on organic traffic growth and improved SERP visibility.Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend evaluations.Optimize website structure, on-page content, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup.Perform technical SEO audits to detect and fix issues related to crawling, indexing, speed, and mobile performance.Collaborate with content teams to ensure blogs, landing pages, and product pages follow SEO best practices.Create and implement link-building strategies, outreach campaigns, and high-quality backlinks.Monitor SEO KPIs including keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, traffic behavior, and conversions.Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement necessary improvements proactively.Use tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz for tracking and reporting.3️⃣ Google Ads & Paid MarketingCreate, manage, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns including:Search AdsDisplay AdsVideo Ads (YouTube)Performance MaxRemarketing/RetargetingConduct keyword planning, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting for paid campaigns.Write compelling ad copies, develop landing pages, and optimize quality score.Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and conduct A/B tests for continuous performance improvement.Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event tracking for GA4.Analyze campaign data: CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions — and prepare performance dashboards.Proactively identify scaling opportunities and new campaign strategies based on analytics.🔹 Qualifications5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with strong skills in SEO & Google Ads.Excellent understanding of digital funnels, inbound marketing, and customer acquisition.Expert in tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads Manager.Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing/IT/Communication is preferred (not mandatory).
