Job Title: SAP Solutions Lead GeneratorJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. As an expert in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads that convert into real sales opportunities for our SAP and enterprise solutions team.This is a revenue-focused, pipeline-creating position that directly contributes to company growth. If you have a proven track record of success in lead generation and are passionate about driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Creation & Opportunity Generation: Consistently generate qualified, high-intent leads that convert into real sales opportunities for the sales team.Targeted Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage decision-makers (CIOs, HR Heads, CFOs, IT Leaders) through cold calling, email and direct outreach, achieving strong response and engagement rates.Lead Qualification & Scoring: Qualify prospects using clear criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure only sales-ready leads are passed to the sales team.Database & Market Mapping: Build and maintain an accurate, well-mapped database of target accounts, industries, and stakeholders in the ERP/SAP space.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.4–5+ years of lead generation or inside sales experience in B2B / IT / ERP / SaaS.Experience in SAP / ERP / IT consulting environment (highly preferred).Proven ability to generate 50–100 qualified leads per month.Strong exposure to Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns & CRM tools.Familiarity with GCC and India markets (preferred).Benefits:This is a dynamic and challenging role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:A comprehensive health insurance plan.A retirement savings plan with employer match.A generous paid time off policy.About Us:We are a trusted SAP GOLD PARTNER based in the UAE, delivering tailored ERP solutions to businesses across the region.
