Our team thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused  environment where innovation and client success come first.  Job Location: Remote (required to do international business trips quite often) ***Immediate Joiners Only Apply*** Budget: Up to 14 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)  We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultant to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of expertise in SAP B1 in end-to-end implementation.  Should have implemented at least 5 end-to-end projects.  Key Responsibilities (KRAs - Key Responsibility Areas): 1. Implementation & Configuration · Lead end-to-end SAP Business One implementations, including business requirement gathering,  system configuration, testing, and deployment. · Configure and customize SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory,  Production, CRM based on business needs. · Develop and maintain workflow solutions and approval procedures within SAP B1. 2. Business Process Analysis & Optimization · Conduct business process analysis and recommend best practices for improving efficiency using  SAP B1. · Assist in re-engineering business processes and improving workflows. · Identify automation opportunities and minimize manual interventions. 3. Technical & Functional Support · Provide post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues related to SAP B1. · Work closely with IT teams for system enhancements, integration with third-party tools, and add on development. · Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. 4. Reporting & Data Management · Develop custom reports using SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA. · Ensure accurate data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementation phases. · Maintain data integrity and security within SAP B1. 5. Training & Documentation · Conduct user training sessions and create documentation on SAP B1 functionalities. · Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and best practices guides. · Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of SAP B1. 6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management · Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT departments to align SAP B1 with business  goals. · Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant. · Expertise in SAP B1 core modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, MRP etc.). · Hands-on experience with SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA. · Knowledge of Boyum IT Add-ons, B1 Usability Package (B1 UP), or other third-party tools is a plus. · Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · SAP Business One certification is an added advantage
