Job Title: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive
Location: Lower Parel,Mumbai
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Lead
Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team at Love Pangolin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our influencer collaborations and social media presence, ensuring that both strategies work in harmony to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: ● Content Creation and Curation:
○ Develop and manage a content calendar for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
○ Create and curate high-quality content that reflects the brand’s voice and engages our target audience.
● Community Management:
○ Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
○ Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
● Social Media Strategy:
○ Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
○ Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them into the brand’s social media strategy.
● Performance Analysis:
○ Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
○ Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance to the marketing team.
● Collaboration with Other Teams:
○ Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure that all social media content is visually appealing and on-brand.
○ Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Influencer Marketing: ● Influencer Identification and Outreach:
○ Research and identify influencers who align with our brand values and aesthetic across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
○ Conduct outreach to influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and build strong partnerships.
● Campaign Management:
○ Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns, from concept development to final reporting.
○ Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes the brand’s products effectively.
● Relationship Management:
○ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
○ Act as the main point of contact for influencers, addressing any issues or questions during the collaboration process.
● Performance Tracking and Analysis:
○ Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer campaigns, analysing key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
○ Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
● Experience with social media analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms.
Preferred Skills: ● Proficiency in social media management tools and Instagram professional dashboard.
● Familiarity with fashion trends and the ability to adapt content to different audiences.
