Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with content owners to implement approved Master Data quality initiatives.
  • Understand the impact of Master Data objects and their attributes on business processes.
  • Ensure data quality by adhering to processes and work instructions.
  • Execute Master Data processes in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) on Master Data records efficiently throughout the lifecycle.
  • Enrich Master Data records with local and global information.
  • Approve and release Master Data for business process use.
  • Maintain operational accuracy in Master Data management.
  • Work towards improving data governance and quality across the organization.
  • Support continuous improvement in Master Data processes.


Qualification:

  • 2-5 years' experience in business processes, with a focus on Master Data importance.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, SAP MDM, and MDG is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in operational Master Data maintenance is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering Master Data initiatives effectively
