Our team is looking for a seasoned SDET-III to join our ranks. As a key member of our technical squad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Main Responsibilities:Automation Development: Develop high-quality automated tests using languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript to ensure seamless integration with our CI/CD pipelines.Test Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement comprehensive test strategies that guarantee high-quality software releases.Code Quality & CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps to enhance overall efficiency.Performance & Security Testing: Implement performance, load, and security testing strategies to identify potential bottlenecks and vulnerabilities in our applications.Defect Management: Work closely with developers to identify, document, and track defects, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.Mentorship & Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with junior SDETs, promoting best testing practices and driving quality initiatives across teams.Tooling & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and methodologies, introducing new innovations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability and deliver exceptional results.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, and BDD.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with security testing concepts (e.g., OWASP, penetration testing).Benefits:A competitive salary package.A comprehensive insurance policy.The opportunity to have a significant impact on our projects from day one.
