Our Data Analyst plays a crucial role in helping us understand our customers, optimize our product, and drive data-informed decisions across the company.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive dashboards that track key product and business metrics to inform strategic decisions.Analyze user behavior and product usage to identify patterns, opportunities, and friction points that impact customer engagement.Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to analyze funnel performance, cohort analysis, and campaign metrics.Design and implement customer health scoring models to predict churn and identify expansion opportunities.Partner with product teams to measure feature adoption and impact of new releases on user experience.Communicate complex insights through reports and presentations to stakeholders.Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to guide product development.Build data models and pipelines that enable self-serve analytics for the team.Monitor key metrics and alert the team to significant changes or anomalies that require attention.Requirements:Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar.Experience working with product analytics and understanding of SaaS metrics like MRR, churn, LTV, CAC.Statistical literacy including A/B testing, significance testing, and cohort analysis to drive data-driven decisions.Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.Experience collaborating with product and growth teams on data-driven initiatives.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
