Job Title: Manager, Monitoring    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Manager, Monitoring. This key position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist Project Management Units (PMUs) and Direct Implementation Units (DIUs) in preparing annual work plans, including budgets for each component;Support PMUs/DIUs in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, as well as other essential documents required for disbursement from JICA;Procure services and materials to meet project requirements;Collaborate with DIUs in preparing Statements of Performance (SOPs) and/or Statements of Expenditure (SoEs) before submitting periodic claims to JICA for reimbursement;Verify expenditure reported by DIUs and consolidate it in the prescribed format of JICA;Ensure timely submission of SOPs and SoEs along with supporting vouchers and documents on a monthly basis;Support PMUs in preparing SOPs and/or SoEs before submitting periodic claims to JICA for reimbursement;Facilitate the preparation of JICA fund disbursement, expenditure, and reimbursement claims periodically, accompanied by necessary documentation;Develop information, reports, and roadmaps as directed by the Project Management Unit;Maintain accounts in computerized accounting systems, such as Tally;Provide training to DIU staff on maintaining project accounting expenditures and receipts according to JICA project norms;Maintain grant ledgers and expenditure ledgers for all component budget heads;Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and assist in coordinating financial audits as required by JICA;Prepare responses to audit queries raised by auditors in a timely manner;Assist PMUs in keeping records of assets procured under the project;Coordinate with CAG auditors during audits, ensuring that all records are maintained in order to produce them before the auditor;Prepare Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports for review by the Project Evaluation Committee (PEC);Present financial and activity progress reviews at meetings.Qualifications and Skills:A Master's degree in Social Science or an equivalent field;At least 07 years' experience in Capacity Building and Knowledge of Organizations;Excellent interpersonal relationships, group ease, and interview skills.Benefits:    This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.Others:    The selected candidate will be expected to perform any other related tasks assigned by the authorities of the Project.
